Are you the next Maximilien Robespierre?

Thats far too much credit. I think the proper analogy would be Paul McVeigh

Just in case you were confused Paul, here is the definition:

ter·ror·ism   /ˈtɛrəˌrɪzəm/ [ter-uh-riz-uhm]

–noun

1.the use of violence and threats to intimidate or coerce, esp. for political purposes.

Please do explain to me how that is different from your repeated calls and advocating violence and mayhem against members of the government because you don't agree with their political viewpoint.

By your definition, The United States military are terrorists. In the United Nations definition, they certainly are in many ways....

There's a fine line and why the term terrorism is a very much disputed term all around the world.

A people feeling oppressed by their government in the forms of actual loss of freedom, loss of financial freedom, taxation without represenatation, etc. I hardly call those people terrorists.

Who's more the terrorist? The one who has the power to steal your wealth at the drop of a hat with new 'laws' or the ones trying to defend themselves from that? I would suggest everyone stop this whole damn 'government is good' mentality here as of late and wake the ** up on what's going on in the world around you.

To me I look at terrorism as the involvement of innocent people to coerce governments, policy, etc. I think it's digusting if you don't have the balls to take out the real problem and hit on innocent people. I also would look at terrorists as those who would only be doing the acts so they could be the ones to take power and have control if the current government is overthrown...

Like I said, any group that attacks innocent people is disgusting to me, but you won't see me shedding a single tear if some government official is hit and they have done everything they can to undermine the people and abuse their power status.

So if AQ hadn't hit the WTC on 9/11 but only hit the Pentagon, they would not be terrorists?

We're talking 'domestic' issues here.

Just as if you were to head to France and attack a government building there you'd be a terrorist, as AQ was in coming here.

What if the 19 members of AQ were homegrown Muslims, making it "domestic"?

What does someone being Muslim have anything to do with anything?

If you want to equate Muslim extremists with attacking people (even governments) because they are against other religions, then yeah, that's terrorism.

If these are American Citizens who truly believe within their heart of hearts though that the government has stolen from them for the last time or taken away more of their freedoms... Then, que cera cera...

If the terrorists were American-born Muslims, striking at a US military facility, because they believe the US government impinges on their religious freedom ... terrorism or not? It's a hypothetical, so feel free to think out loud.

The last time I checked we all have first amendment rights, which protects us from such infringements.

If the Christians got the power that they want (and there are plenty that want it) to make Christianity the national religion or any other relgion for that matter, etc... Then as I said, que cera cera

The First Amendment exists, therefore allegations of violations of the First Amendment must be untrue.

That's what you're saying, so let me ask you this.

Could I say the same about the Second Amendment?

I'm a fond believer in the court system until it fails.

So long as the Supreme Court upholds amendments as it should, then there should never be any problems. Thus far, it's been damn good about upholding the first amendment and for the most part the second amendment.

When/if the court becomes an activist branch of government completely and loses all sight of things that make this nation great, then maybe something else needs to be done...

Honestly, I'm stunned @ this...

and plenty would argue they're stunned at the Government's continued intrustion into their lives. EVERYONE has a breaking point. Some people's breaking point is much higher than others. The question becomes though, what is your breaking point?

I haven't reached mine until I feel directly effected and that's usually what it takes for most people.

It becomes, do I just take it up the #######? or do I something about it?

My breaking point will never be to take an innocent person's life to make a point. Never.

I'm afraid you're just not terrorist material, Lisa. Your request to be admitted to the 2011 class of Paul's Terror Training Academy has been denied.

That's been my point the whole time though, taking innocent people's lives is completely unacceptable.
