we just sent the rfe for ds230 last week.. and when we called the nvc to know if they already received the papers they just said call back next week for an update. geez, it makes us worry. all we want to know if they already received the papers that we've sent last week. they supposedly received it by now.. is there anyone can help me. how long it takes to know if they already received the papers. thanks,

12/13/2009 package received from the NVC

01/29/2010 AOS paid

01/29/2010 IV bill paid

02/15/2010 RFE DS2310

04/02/2010 SIGN IN FAILED!!! there's a light at every end of the tunnel

HOPING EVERYTHING WILL TURNED OUT WELL.. AUGUST INTERVIEW!

When was the mail delivered to NVC? The AVR should update in 3 days to say they received your checklist response.

03/27/2009: Engaged in Ithaca, New York.

03/23/2010: Case completed.
05/12/2010: CR-1 interview at Mumbai, India.
05/20/2010: US Entry, Chicago.
03/01/2012: ROC NOA1.
03/26/2012: Biometrics completed.
12/07/2012: 10 year card production ordered.

09/25/2013: N-400 NOA1

10/16/2013: Biometrics completed

12/03/2013: Interview

12/20/2013: Oath ceremony

my husband sent it last week thursday.. and the post office said that the NVC will received it on monday. so you said they will update after 3 days..so i guess we have to wait then. thank you so much!
