NVC after OPTIN via EMAIL

hi, this weird question just pop up in my mind:

I have successfully OPTIN'd to NVC electronic process by the time of sending my DS-3032 form, and later I sent the DS-230 package via email as well.

My wife, though, who's the petitioner and needs to send in her I-864, the question is, could she still mail it the old fashion way ? Or Does she needs to send it in via email for electronic processing ?

Hmmm, we did EP, and I believe once you OPTIN everything has to be electronic.

Everything must be electronic.

The I-864 can be problem-matic, eat a lot of file space - but

if she's using my wiki page about it - she can reprint to pdf using CutePDF, and skip the instruction pages (pages 1 to 12?) and refactor the CutePDF output resolution to 75 dpi.

The I-864 is a bit messy - requires an original signature, so is a cycle of 'fill out, print, sign, rescan, reformat to pdf' .
