My wife has her Green Card hearing on August 22nd. The problem is, she has not done her biometrics yet. She was scheduled earlier but has been out of the country on a Adavance Parole. We requested a new date for the Biometrics but have not heard yet. She will be coming back on August 15th and its posible that we could do biometrics on the 16th.

Questions: 1)If we do her biometrics on the 16th, is that enough time between it and the Interview on the 22nd.

2) If we do not get her biometrics done before the 22nd interview can you go to the interview and do the biometrics later.

Thanks for all your help!

Larry

You can have your biomertics done after the interview if needed.... you just wont get approved at the interview.... it is best not to try and reschedule the AOS interview as there is a high occurance of people being denied for failing to show up... even after they have written asking for another date......
