So I found out that in Lent they don't count Sundays as they are a day of celebration and it actually ends on Easter Sunday not the day after Palm Sunday. I went 40 days straight without internet for not knowing this and I went to a private Christian college preparatory high school. LOL! I don't remember any of that though as High School was 13 years ago? I do remember it was a time of reflection about the things you've done wrong. It was a nice period of introspection but I didn't dwell where I've dabbled. I did discovered that it is incredibly difficult to find a job without the internet these days. I am crossing my fingers that I got this one job though and hear good news back on Monday!

Hello eveyone. I hope today is a great day for all.

Yes, it's true that you don't have to fast on Sundays. Usually I give up sweets or diet coke (I have a serious addiction to these things), so I continue the fast on Sundays. It's better for me that way. But the Internet, glad to see you here on Sundays. :-)

there has been a car alarm going off fir the past 30 minutes or so. I wish they'd do something about it.

Lent begins on Ash Wednesday (day after Mardi Gras ends) and last until Easter.

Good Morning MENA!

I am trying to get motivated and clean out my bedroom to make room for hubby to get here.

Man, I didn't realize how much of a packrat I have become!!! I did manage to clean out the junk drawers from the dresser so he will at least have room for his clothes!! :blush:
