I received a letter schedule an interview yesterday. In an interview appointment

letter with the message that the time between interviews take approximately two hours.

I would like to know that. Your have been meeting letter. Is the same?

It has to read. Some people see that just ten or fifteen minutes only.

I feel confused now. :wacko:

No offense but what in the world would they have to talk to you about for 2 hours? :)

Do you know when you receive a receipt from USCIS that it usually says it takes 150, 200 etc days to process your application but you get the response faster than that? Well, it's the same thing. It's called formality and it's the same standard response for everyone. Don't worry about it, I'm sure you'll be done in just a few minutes.

my Schedule:

You are hereby notified to appear for an interview on your Application for Naturalizationb at the date, time, and place indicated

above. Waiting room capacity is limited. Please do not arrive any earlier than 30 minutes before your scheduled appoin tment time.

The proceeding will take about two hours. If for may reason you cannot keeep this appointment, return this letter immediately to

the USCIS office address listed below with you explanation and request for a new appintment : otherwise, no further action

will be taken on your application.

I would like to know that everyone get same. :wacko:

Yes, also got the standard letter stating that it will take two hours.

From other peoples' experience, it seems like almost one hour is just sitting in the waiting room and the interview itself takes 15 minutes or so.

3/25/10 Received email notice that case will be sent for interview scheduling at local office

3/26/10 Received yellow letter asking to being more tax records/info to interview

3/27/10 Received interview letter (dated 3/24/10)

4/28/10 Interview appointment

6/5/10 Received oath letter (dated 6/1/10)

6/29/10 Oath ceremony date
