I bought a ticket on AirAsia for 28.50 USD from Clark airport to Koto Kinabalu, Malaysa. It is supposed to take all pressure off me when I go to Manila in June to be with my fiance for her medical and interview.

I do not have actual experience, but what I have researched proposes that the airlines and the Philippines only require me to have a set way out of the country.

Hope this helps! This site is awesome.

Worked like a charm!  They asked for it at some point, I handed it over, and a minute later I was on my way.

I never bothered looking for a refund or canceling it or anything.

It can be much cheaper and gives greater flexibility than pre-buying a return flight with no set date.
