I didnt submit anything except the forms I130, G325 and marriage certificate copy. Plus my copies of passport drivers lisence and stuff.

Rginu sounds like that you really didnt send bonafides of marriage like pictures,email call logs though marriage certificate is its self the biggest proof of marriage but as per the norms you now have to send other marriage proofs also .so if you did sent other marriage proofs can you please list it.

NVC journey:

01-29-2010: i130 sent

02-04-2010: i130 NOA1

03-24-2010: i130 NOA2

03-29-2010: NVC case# assigned

03-31-2010: DS 3032 & AOS links received

03-31-2010: DS-3032 sent(e-mail)

04-05-2010: AOS bill paid

04-05-2010: DS-3032 accepted by NVC

08-05-2010: IV bill paid

I got my i 130 approved yesterday. I just send the marriage certificate. Thats it.

I-130 Sent :2010-02-03

II-130 Approved :2010-03-29

NVC Received :2010-04-06

Received DS-3032 / I-864 Bill :2010-04-07

Pay I-864 Bill 2010-04-07

Receive I-864 Package :2010-04-07

Return Completed DS-3032 :2010-04-07

Receive IV Bill :2010-04-17

Pay IV Bill :2010-04-21

How we gonna send it again bec i m still waiting since 4 months without RFE but there is not touch or update

I guess you may not be able to send the additional evidence voluntarily now , got to wait.

If they request for more info (RFE) then you may want send them in.

I guess you may not be able to send the additional evidence voluntarily now , got to wait.

guess the process is going quick now.

i got the NOA1 on 25th March.

Hoping to get the NOA2 soon looking at the new quick timelines :)

CR-1 -- California Service Center -- Mumbai Consulate, India

16th March 2010: I130 sent
25th March 2010: NOA1 Received
23rd July 2010: I130 Approved
Your I-130 was approved in 120 days from your NOA1 date.

30th July 2010: NVC Received
14th Sept 2010: Case complete at NVC
22nd Oct 2010: Interview date assigned
19th Nov 2010: Interview at 7:30 A.M IST APPROVED
Passport with visa in hand on the same day.

N400 Sent: 31st Oct 2013

NOA1: Nov 4th 2013

Letter for Biometrics recievied with Appt on 12/09/2013: Nov 18th 2013

Biometrics done: Nov 22nd 2013

In line for Interview: Dec 27th 2013

Interview letter received: May 24th 2014

Interview Date: June 26th 2014

Oath Date: November 23rd (After numerous calls and Info pass inquiries to USCIS)

You keep the faith. Most of the Sept filers on here had to wait over 4 months, myself included with no touches. I won't insult you and tell you to be patient because I wasn't but I will tell you not to start worrying about what you sent or didn't send. If it's missing, they'll request it. We all know how you feel ... :star:

Aug 02 - Wife's POE!!! (Excited) =)

Aug 02 - Picked up my wife at 8:45 pm (Super happy to be with her again) =)
