Just checked my email. My wife's I130 was approved yesterday.

Approved in about in less than 7 weeks time.

Congrats sim.! that must have been a relief .now my advice would be that you call up nvc on tuesday or wednesday because by then only they will be having the case or else they will tell you to call them again after a week as they havent got the case yet.

02-04-2010: i130 NOA1

03-24-2010: i130 NOA2

03-29-2010: NVC case# assigned

03-31-2010: DS 3032 & AOS links received

03-31-2010: DS-3032 sent(e-mail)

no sim not yet will call them on tuesday and will then take the case number i thought i should give it some time to reach at nvc.

What were the additional evidence did you submit ?

Did you submit any of the wedding pictures, vacation photos, travel records, bank statements, sworn affidavits, wedding invitation card, insurance statements, email logs, telephone call logs, chat logs etc ?

I did submit most of them.

We didn't have any touches either and got approved directly. Perhaps that might be the case for you too :thumbs:

yes sachinky we do know that hehe.i got my approval in around 48 days but i had that feeling its going to come quick:)

I called nvc yesterday they still havent receive the case.i will call them again on thursday.
