I am new here and not at all familiar with this site. I need to know what paperwork is required to marry in China so I can start the visa process? Thank you!

Start by clicking on the word Guides at the top of any page here. Study them carefully. Paperwork to marry in China is not the same as paperwork and process to get your spouse to the USA after marriage.

For marriage in China, you'll need any divorce decrees and a somewhat complicated affidavit I recommend having visarite.com assist you with OR if you'll be near a US Consulate in China, just go in and ask them for a "Certificate of Marriageability". You'll need the divorce decrees (any or all) and a copy of your spouse to be's Chinese ID card.
