Hello everyone, I am getting ready to send out my I-130 for my hubby - in the I-130 there is a question about if you have previously submitted a petition for AOS - I have listed my ex-husb and that he adjusted status to permanent resident, however i had petitioned for my step-mother & step-sister during the life act timeperiod. Niether step-mom or step-sis completed the application process therefore did not adjust status through the 245-I petition. when I list them on the i-130 do I state - "did not adjust status" - note - step sister was able to adjust status via a separate petition not filed by me. thanks in advance for your advice!!
