Hey,

I have vawa case pending from June 2008 with two RFE the last one send in nov 2009 and sense then I didn't recived anything so far.

Is anyone have any advice or in the same situation cz i feel like give up on that.

I haven't see my family for 5 years and it's get hard for me every day.

Any advice???

How long it take to get approved after they recive the RFE, I send to VSC everything they ask for so that's why I'm concern, it's been like 5 months and still nothing.

Of course I want to stay but can't wait any longer I need approvle soon.

Is there a way to make it faster? Cz I see ppl here got approv a way shorter then othere ppl, or maybe cz I'm male?

Yes I did they say it's in process and thay don't give any info over the phone, my lawyer do nothing but taking money and say I need to wait, it's out side the process time in 3 month and I call the congress man to see maybe he can help so will see.

U have any idea what else I can do to faster the process?

what they say at 2nd REF? bc/z normaly they process the RFE in 14 tell 60 days that what my 2nd RFE ONE MEMBER HER GOT APPROVE THE SAME DAY THEY RECIVED HIS RFE as you see in my time line its been long time for me too .

what they say at 2nd REF? bc/z normaly they process the RFE in 14 tell 60 days that what my 2nd RFE ONE MEMBER HER GOT APPROVE THE SAME DAY THEY RECIVED HIS RFE as you see in my time line its been long time for me too .

It's make sense cz thay recivde my evidanc in nov 4 2009 and it was touch in Dec 16-17 without an update so it's kinda weird.

I just sign of relise form for the congress man and maybe he can find out what going on with my case in VSC.

the IO should replay to your RFE with in 45 to 60 days max

They ask for good moral+reside evidence and FBI clearnce good faite marigge all that ####### and I send them everything and still nothing sense nov 4 2009.

Do u have any idea why they tuch my case twice in dec 16/17 without update???
