This is easy... and I think I have the answer, just want to confirm before filing.

My Mexican fiancee has a 6 year old daughter that she has full custody of that she is going to bring with to the U.S....

I just need to list her on the I-129... correct?

and her DOES NOT need a G325a.. correct?

Correct, later for the interview you will do additional forms for mother and daughter like DS156 and DS230 and DS160 Each will have there own form.

The answers are correct, you need to list the daughter on the I-129F. You do not provide a G-325A for the daughter.

A document of sole custody is often not sufficient at a US Consulate to allow the Consulate to issue a Visa granting permanent departure from Mexico and permanent residency in the US. Often the Consulate will require permission in a very tightly worded form from the Biological Father granting his permission for the child to leave Mexico indefinitely.
