Do we need duplicates of photo ID's for every form that asks for it?

I know I need sets of duplicate photos for the I-131, I-765 & I-485 forms.

The first two also ask for a photo ID like the passport page - should we

enclose copies of the passport or other photo ID for each of the forms

or will one do for the combined application?

Yes, the forms may be separated for processing, and so each form requires it's own set of supporting documents/forms.

It is all complete now, with the exception of the 4 additional photos we need to add.

I cut the check for $1010 and have the notification document G-1145 too.

The cover letter lists every form & document that is enclosed and specifies

how many pages (3 each for her national ID and first page of her current passport)

where there are duplicates.

I even put a note saying that the I-693 was completed by the civil surgeon,

and that we are holding it for the interview (I don't think it says anywhere

that it should be mailed with the package).

I plan to mail it on Monday, which is 3 months from her POE.

I understand many have mailed it later without penalty

but I'm glad to have done it within the required time.

I didn't let my eye stray from the ticking clock, but we were very very busy

in these first 3 months together.

Still very happy. Happier when the AOS is over with.

Yeah, the time went by really fast for us too - mailed it off and got the NOAs just days before Nik's I-94 expired. 3 months seems like a long time when you're waiting to be together, but went by really fast when we were trying to get all the pieces of the puzzle together!
