If they interview from 8AM-12NOON, 2 interviews at a time, that's an average of 15 minutes per person.

I can handle 15 minutes, I think.

Same here, barely any questions, had some laughs with both the security guys and the CO. Was finished and out of the Embassy at 09.13. Not to bad at all!

if your hubby has a copy of the ds 230 1&2 that you submitted earlier at nvc he can use it too (provided none of his personal details have changed since submission at the nvc). but with his original signature on page 2. not a scanned or photocopied signature. and he can write in the date - the date he submits it at the vfs. that will be good enough. this is the one they use during the personal interview.

do not get confused over the editions. they are basically the same edition - (OMB APPROVAL NO. 1405-0015

EXPIRES: 02/29/2012). the numbers at left bottom of page 1 are just the reprint month-year and they dont matter (meant for the DOS inventory purpose).

if he does not have a copy, then he can fill out a new ds 230 1&2 (handwritten or printed will do) if there is no space for the address in the printed version, he can always attach a sheet with the number and complete address thereon. if handwritten, ensure that the details are legible, especially the u.s. address - as they will be picking up this address for their permanent records/database and importantly - as this is where they will be mailing his permanent resident card (green-card), social security card, etc.

Thanks for that! Attorney messed up on a couple of questions so hubby will fill out a new one to be on the safe side. Or will that create more problems? Is nothing big. Just that questions thats asks for residence since age of 16, attorney put from age of 9 & also they messed up on the date hubby arrived in Dubai. They put the date he started working instead of the date he arrived.

Just came back from the medical. I had my blood test and x-ray taken. Now have to go back there at 4:30pm to actually see the doctor.

I am currently in Aruba logging on to a free wi-fi at the airport and waiting for our flight to Venezuela. I am feeling optimistic and will be checking in from Caracas.
