Week 2 is really exciting!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had filed K3 before and I missed my appointments and now we are trying to get one. Are there any additional documents needed that should be bring during the interview? Plsss help...

I'm not sure what to bring on a K3 interview since I'm doing CR1. But this is what I found on the guides:

1. A copy of the entire I-129f and I-130 package (that you made when you sent the petition in) and a copy of information that you sent back due to an RFE (if you received one).

2. I-134 / I-864 Affidavit of Support form. Ensure it is signed, with all required supporting evidence. Some consulates may require one or the other forms. You will need to verify with the consulate which they require. You can call or email the consulate to check ahead of time. Additionally, the consulate will notify your fiance(e) via mail correspondence which they prefer. Attempt to start collecting the required information ahead of time, as it can often take several weeks to collect it all.

3. You will need at a minimum (for the above form) two to three of your most recent pay stubs and a signed letter from your employer listing you job title, start date, your salary, and the status (full-time) of your position. Begin collecting these asap after your NOA2 arrives. You will also probably want to include other evidence such as your banking information and other assets as required by the I-134/I-864.

4. A copy of the NOA2 that you received in the mail.

I'd also include the passport, medical, 2 photos passport style, DS230 signed first page only and money to pay the fee. Somewhere around $400 (plus $70? not sure)

Also, have you emailed the consulate to make sure you are going for K3? When was your I-130/I-129F approved? Both was on 2007?

Thank you everyone.... After 5 hours of sleep woke up light headed but soooo happy...

Hubby remembered that he got asked more questions - They did not ask him for a single document from a huge file he brought with him. DId not ask him for passport photos.... DIdn't ask for additional proof of relationship. His interview was scheduled at 10:30, he got called to the window at 10:50, and called me with approval at 11:00.

Regarding questions - they also asked him when we got married, what he will do here, and then they pulled three pictures out of the file I sent to USCIS and asked him to tell them where the pictures were taken. He said that the consul took out 5 pictures then looked at two smiled and put them back into envelope. She also told him it must have been hard all this time apart.... Picking up visa on Monday
