NVC:
04-29-2010: INTERVIEW ASSIGNED FOR JUNE 10TH IN CHENNAI CONSULATE, INDIA; 06-10-2010: INTERVIEW - VISA APPROVED!!!!!
06-18-2010: Entered US - NEW YORK CITY and 08-16-2010: GC received! (nearly 2 months after PoE) woo hoo!
AOS for permanent 10 yr green card:

04-02-2012: NOA of I-751 and 1 yr extension of temp green card

05-03-2012: Biometrics appointment

Just got home after my interview. Visa Approved!

I wasn't asked for any of the things I brought with me, it was a 15 minutes process of first the Visa Assistant looking over my papers, and then talking to a Immigration Officer for a few minutes. He only asked me a couple of questions before telling me he had no doubts about the validity of our marriage, and telling me I'd recieve my passport back in 2 - 3 days with the visa in it.

WootWOot!! Congrats!!! awesome news :dance:

11 days, 18 hours, 36 minutes to the interview. When she checked in with the guard at St. Lukes he took her passport and stamped her receipt with IMMNUNIZATION then sent her to wait for her name to be called. Soooo it would appear that SHE PASSED

Thank you everyone.... After 5 hours of sleep woke up light headed but soooo happy...

Hubby remembered that he got asked more questions - They did not ask him for a single document from a huge file he brought with him. DId not ask him for passport photos.... DIdn't ask for additional proof of relationship. His interview was scheduled at 10:30, he got called to the window at 10:50, and called me with approval at 11:00.

Regarding questions - they also asked him when we got married, what he will do here, and then they pulled three pictures out of the file I sent to USCIS and asked him to tell them where the pictures were taken. He said that the consul took out 5 pictures then looked at two smiled and put them back into envelope. She also told him it must have been hard all this time apart.... Picking up visa on Monday :):dance::dance:
