Question about India - Hubby's interview is May 25th & he is going to start working on his Medical this Mon, is that okay? Or should he wait closer to the interview date? Is there a time limit on Medicals?

Wife is enroute to Chennai with my MIL. Medical tomorrow morning. Wheeew I kept calling her yesterday to make sure she had all the papers and slipped in an interview question here and there between conversations. She was like stop making me nervous ......... Looks like she got it all under control so I am taking it easy this weekend.

One of her aquaintance had an CR1 interview in Chennai yesterday . He did not have the 2009 tax documents so they are waiting for him to send it in before they can issue a visa. Folks take your 2009 Tax documnets with you for the interview. If you filed for an extension show proof of that.

Hi Guys!!!! I have missed so much. I have been extremely busy with work, school,preparing for my trip to Brazil and Argentina and more work. Plus preparing for the interview with my wife, gathering evidence etc. Apparently, I have missed a lot. Congrats to Estrelladaniel on your interview date. I have one more week of finals and I will be free to spend a lot of time on this forum. Good luck to all and keep the faith!!!!

Me too. I'm taking with me about 300 pictures, and I think they won't even look either. I sent with my I-130 package about 15 pictures as well.
