Thanks guys! I hope I don't have to pay for my bags on the domestic flight.

My mom have been in Dulles before and she said they were pretty fast. But since I'm immigrating I think it will take a little longer. Anyway, tickets are bought and there is nothing I can do. If I missed it, I missed it... it's not like I have some important meeting to attend or something.

Also, I heard since we are immigrating you are fine to go to citizen/residents line. I have a couple of friends that did that and were just fine. Hopefully it won't have too many immigrants to go through at 6:14am and they can do it fast! lol

Ugh, it was so much simpler to be the rock of support for everyone else. As we go into week 4... I am freaking out. I just started today, as I realized as I was buying hubby's interview clothes, that tomorrow is my last shift before my trip, and that these are his interview clothes. Plus a whole lot of other stressors involved, financial strain of paying bills and rent, buying plane tickets with no help financially from anyone. Its all just starting to sink in. I exploded on the phone with hubby, and the poor fool is just so calm. what the eff, it is HIS interview, not mine and I feel like In going to throw up x 10. So I asked the ultimate question that we all want to know and no one wants to ask... "if the shoe was on the other foot, would you have done the same" Being a smart man, of course he said yes, but I just feel so alone sometimes while everyone is so concerned about how he will adapt, and his family is all freaking out because he's leaving. Its hard to be type A sometimes, and be in control of something you have no control over. I guess I'm just exhausted and for the longest he has been my outlet of exhaustion. I dunno, maybe I just needed to vent. more like I really need to scream. I feel somewhat guilty, as I always do when our fights consist of me yelling and him being understanding, like I'm the biggest, most selfish b!tch in the whole world. Now I just feel stupid.

I guess you are describing me too.. I work 2 jobs trying to pay for his immgiration paperwork and all that, with a health problem that I have to deal with every day. I stress out so much and then feel guilty for exploding. He was unemployed for 6 months and I paid for most of his living expenses. no one understand why I work 80hours a week with a poor health. But I sickly trying and continue on. With his interview in just about 2 weeks, I'm stressing so much...so worried....and then, what if he didn't get approve...I will be there for his interview, but what should I do if he didn't get approved? We are planning to fly back on the 14th as that's all the vacation time I'm allowed as the hotel I work at is in its busy season, and I have to work that graveyard shift also...This whole process is so stressful...Thanks for your post...it seems like no one understand how hard it is sometimes...

Oh Gina, how I do APPRECIATE YOU!!!! I thank you for all of your hard work and sacrifice, all of your dedication, and all of your intelligence to have navigated through this proccess... just in case hubby hasnt quite yet (thanked you). You are amazing. We are almost there my twin!!! Only a few more days of stressing for an interview that isnt quite ours, but it kinda is for all theman-hours we logged into it!!! Besitos!!

Anything I can do for a fellow member/ friend in the struggle. Seriously, I feel better even with yOU AND Gina understandinge. It makes me feel like Im not the only crazy one, and there are others who are going through the same feelings. Love, strength and sanity to you sweetie.
