Are affidavits okay from family members? And is it okay that they live in a different state.

I moved to AZ 1 month before my wife came to the US,and we are both home bodies so dont have many friends here in AZ at the moment.

I want to get affidavits from my mom and sister who live in ID,and my dad who lives in CA. All 3 have visited us here at least 1 time while we were married and also we have visited them in their state's.

Will those be ok or do i need to fine someone here in AZ?

It doesn't matter where they're from actually. I got affidavits from my sister in Australia. Just make sure you follow the directions on the 751. They have to state their address and where they were born etc.
