Hi, does anybody experienced this?

USCIS received my I-751 application March 23, 2010, my green card expires June 29, 2010 and it says that the reason they reject my application is i filed earlier than 90 days? I don't think it was too early because it is only 7 days or 1 week ahead? So i got the rejected application today, Thursday March 25 and then next week MOnday will be March 29,it will be the 90 day before my card expires?

Any insight? Pls. i need advice.

Thanks.

According to the instructions you can file within a 90 day window before your card expires. Your window starts on April 1, 2010. You filed too early so they sent it back.

Wait till after April 1 and send it again.

Good luck.

I have friends here in my place and one of them submitted two weeks earlier than 90 days and my other two friends submitted one week earlier than 90 days, they submitted theirs last year, 2009 and was not rejected.

Then they were just lucky. USCIS normally very strict about the filling timing. I saw many people got their package back because of 1 day (only 1 day!!!) earlier filling here...
