The interview was fast and simple we did the swearing in with the whole do you swear to tell the truth the whole truth. "Yes" and we showed documents that we are married and they took photos of us then asked were we met and how long we are married for and they said your application has no inconsistency so the IO said "you will have the GC in 1 week so look out for the mail". Have a nice day. Easy in and easy out. On the B2 visa the lady said as long as the country is honorary with the us Any One can file for a AOS on a B2 visa any other state not noticed by United States will need a marriage visa. "But you are fine"

Make sure your hubby knows your anniversary date, and bring wedding pictures. We forgot our wedding pictures, and I had to check with the wife for the right answer.

I will quiz Arbind this weekend. I understand that men aren't always very good with dates. He should make a difference even for one day.

I can hardly wait to rest for 21 months. Yours is about to be over. All the best for the rest of your ROC.

Topic moved from Off Topic to Adjustment of Status Case Filing and Progress Reports

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Inappropriate post for the AOS forum and irrelevant to the topic removed.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
