Removal of Conditions

Hello VJers.

Wow time flies. Its been 1 1/2 years since my wife received her temp green card and its now time for us to file for removal of conditions.

My question is, for those that went through this, what evidence did you include in your I-751 application?

We have...

• Our daughter's birth certificate
  
• Apartment lease with our names
  
• Joint bank account
  
• cell phone bill with both our names
  

Would these be enough?

Any info/advice is appreciated.

Those all look fine but have you had a chance to go over the 'Examples of documents showing a bona fide relationship' list found in theGuide to Lifting Conditions: I-751 ?

You may find some more tips there. (A lot of folks will submit copy(ies) of joint income tax returns, for example.)

Thank you! I forgot that I could submit tax returns. Yes we do have those for the last two years. I'll include them as well.

Besides the tax returns, and the four I listed, I hope its enough.

Those look good but it will even look better if you throw in your joint tax return and some other utility bills. Credit card statements will also help. Don't lose sleep over this once you add the tax returns. Good luck.
