I-765 VJ example has (C)(9) for K-1

She has a K-1 and I think the category should be ©(6) as ©(9) I believe is for K-4/K-4.

No - it's C-9 - for K-1's during adjustment. (A-6 if your filing for the EAD within the 90 days of arrival)

C-6 is for students. (m-1 visa)

K-3/4 use A-9.

Thanks Bobby & Otto - the "concurrently" issue does not appear to be in the instructions

which otherwise would indicate c6. I didn't think the VJ example was wrong, I knew there had to be an

explaination and that's good enough for me

We are still within the "90 days" but that will be over soon.

I hope to get it out before then; I have most every form

filled out, I just have to double check all documents and

then pack 'em up. I had to complete my taxes early &

we have had some other things to distract us as well,

but now I have to focus on this and this alone.
