i129f got approved earlier

hello everyone my i129 got approved and i m just so damn happy(big thanx to god) anyways as we all know that if both the petitions gets approved simoultaneously k3 route will not be taken and cr1 route will be taken but in my case i 129f got approved earlier so will i be able to take the k3 route if yes then please guide me what all i need to do now

(such as wedding photos, bank stmts, sworn statements etc)

my wife sent wedding photos around 80 and we made 3 packets for photos in which we sent pre wedding functions photos,wedding function photos and post wedding function photos and a wedding card .(that is all we sent with i 130 petiton as a proof of bonafide marriage) rest the g325a's , passport size photographs and money order for 355$.hope it helps

I appreciate your quick and detailed response.

For your info, I have sent about 3 wedding photos, 6 vacation photos, wedding card, passport copies containing visa stamps of the countries we have traveled together and marriage certificate. I hope that should support our petition.

I believe that no matter what your 1-129F is obsolete... better to call and talk with an NVC operator to make sure. They would know better than anyone else on here about how your case is being handled...

If the K-3 and I-130 were approved on same day -

then there is big chance they will be sent together to NVC.

If that happens, the NVC personnel will see the 2 petitions in the same packet

then

administratively CLOSE the K-3/I-129F.

So - whaddya got, exactly?

If you have a K-3 that has DIFFERENT approval date than the I-130 -

or

both have same approval date?
