AOS FEE

Well, my fiancé and I are getting ready for our K1 Visa Interview on May 4th. We both are excited and confident just praying and hoping that we get approved. We know that when he comes here, we are going to get married and apply for SSN. However, we will like to know which AOS form we are suppose to fill out and how much those fees cost?

• Adjustment of Status
  
• Advance Parole
  
• Lifting Restricition
  
• EAD
  
• Any other forms with the cost

Good luck at your interview.

Not sure what the fee is now, but I am sure it is up in the guides section. You will apply for AOS (adjustment of Status), EAD and AP(advanced parole), the fee you pay is for all 3 of them. You won't need the lifting of restrictions for almost 2 years after you get your AOS.
