Hello...My daughter and I came here on a CR1 and CR2 status. We are due to remove conditions this August. I thought it was $1010 per person before ( read it somewhere here before). I looked into uscis.gov and it said $465. I am not sure if it's per person or not. Am I looking at the right form? I-751? I am confused. Anyone please shed some light thank you.

If both GCs expire within 90 days from each other, then you will pay $465 + $80 biometrics for you and $80 biometrics fee for your child which totals $625 but if your GC expire more than 90 days from each other, you have to send in 465+80 per person with two different applications.

When do your GCs expire?

$1010 is for adjustment of status which is quite different that Removing conditions...

YMMV

I guess there is a little confusion here. Do you have your 2 year conditional Green Card?

Well, it is a bit confusing to know if the OP is applying for AOS or ROC. So if they have their 2 year GCs, then ROC is their next step.

What I wanted to know from the OP is if you have your GCs, when do your green cards expire? If they expire within 90 days from each other, then you need to file one I-751 on it and list the child in part 5.

They arrived on immigrant visas... which would indicate an automatic LPR status (ie. greencard) and thus NO AOS but removing conditions

YMMV

Both my daughter's & my green card will expire oct. 15 2010. We arrived together so I dont have to pay a separate fee for my daughter except for her biometrics. Correct? And the ROC fee is 465, biometrics is 80? Thanks.
