Some of them never got past the 2nd Amendment, and didn't really understand the 1st one either.

They would be fine with a Constitution that had nothing whatsoever in it BUT the 2nd amendment. They certainly have no use for the 14th.

Well, in the case of this health care bill, it is certainly a lot more complex than simply pointing out which amendment makes it unconstitutional. It'd be nice if SCOTUS would make a ruling on it soon and then all these armchair scholars would shut up.

I'm just saying military members are sworn to uphold the constitution. It's a document that we should all be familiar with. Acting like it's too hard to understand is just retarded. Only scholars should read and interpret the constitution? Sometime I wish my Gallstones would play russian roulette.
