We've had a bit of a hold-up with receiving the physical NOA1 form in the mail. I did receive the WAC #, so I assume we are in the system. The problem with the NOA1 form is that I live in Ecuador and put my parent's address as my permanent address, hoping the mail would go there. My folks have been snow-birding it the past few months and will be going home in April. I received a notice that my NOA1 form was returned to USCIS because it was undeliverable- when I called USCIS, they confirmed my thought that gov't mail can't be forwarded. Anyways, I contacted someone and we got that bit straightened out. My question is.... will this delay the processing of our case?
