My indian fiance who has been living in India for the past 17 yrs has partly lived in US.

He lived in Chicago from the age of 15-22yrs. Now how do I go about getting his police record for the time he was here in US, while I live in NY.

So far law abiding US citizens do not need to register with the local police wherever they go. There is none (yet) to be had.

OK you missed my intention, Foreign Nationals, legally here on some sort of visa, ALSO do not have to report in with the local police where or when you move.
