I am a little confused about what to do after the Embassy receives the case from the NVC. Do I need to start calling them to see when they have processed it? Will they send out that package via mail (some people never receive it)? Does my fiancee need to fill out the Electronic Visa Application Form that the Moscow Embassy has a link to on their website? What comes first? If she fills out the Electronic Visa Application Form and submits it, does that start her process and then they mail the package? Help

No.....you can email them though.

Yes.....but you can download the forms from the website and get started. You as petitioner have to send her some stuff. Read the Guides.

They are supposed to mail her the packet of forms along with the interview date and invitation letter (which she has to bring). Many times the packet is not sent.

If you email the Embassy and they send you the date via email, that email serves the same as the invitation letter and she should bring a copy of it along with. You'll have about 2-3 months from now until the interview. You should be sending your documents you are supposed to send now; while she ensures she has everything she needs, i.e. police certificates, translations, old vaccination records if possible, etc.

You can read the guides to know everything that your fiancée will need to bring to the interview (I could try to summarize, but I would probably forget something so it's better for you to just look yourself). Other than that all you need to know is when she needs to show up at the embassy. That is all available on the website if you know your case number.

I see that the online appointment schedule thing isnt working on the Moscow website. I guess ill just have to email them.

You should also try being patient too. This is a long process!
