Hello visa journeys. QUESTION: My brother and his Wife are going to be my co-sponsers,they file there income taxes jointly as one,

not separately. What i would like to know is, do they still have to fill out the I-864 separately? Also, on part 1. on the I-864,

what letter do they choose, D OR E? I the petitioner live separately.

Since you don't live in the same house, just one of them can be your joint sponsor. They fill out their own I-864 and state only their own personal income. (Choose the one who has qualifying income.) You'll need tax returns instead of transcripts, so the individual income can be verified by W2 and/or 1099 forms.

Yes, that's what I'm saying. Pick the one with enough income to qualify for their household size plus your spouse.
