I guess we're in the same mood this week, I vowed that I would start trying to cook/try new things other than Jamaican food. G fell in love with chicken lo mein and I can't afford to call China Wok everynight to deliver it so I bought terriyaki sauce at the super market, chicken breat and got to cooking. To my surprise it came out very nice, even better than the lo mein from Mr.Wok so lets see what I'll make next. After dinner we did you know what and I'm up to go apply for that marriage license...

I'm not pissed but somewhat annoyed, I'm 2 weeks late and the P tests are saying negative, WTH? I hate not knowing. My coworker said February usually messes up your cycle, has that happened to any of you ladies? I mean I know Feb is a short month but...

Char, please don't have your husband leave without AP. Also, 16 weeks!!! Our class at church was 4 Saturdays in a row (6 hrs each time). I can't imagine having to go more frequently or for longer than that.

Dag Nat ur classes were long.. Six hours??? I'm thinking hers were probably just an hour or two.

Finally a day that I have the free time to participate in conversation & you all aren't chatty today. Booo.

Steven & I were talking about playing a game like "Newlywed Game" on a cruise ship, and how we'd answer the questions. That lead to some reminiscing.

Who watches American Idol? What did you think of DiDi's departure? I think her voice is lovely, yet she continuously messed up when singing on the show. I think an album of hers would sound good, where they have time to redo the bad parts. And did you know that Mercedes from Glee was rejected from American Idol. That worked out quite well for her. AND did you notice how much better Aaron Kelly was in rehearsal with Usher than when performing live?

MrsTee, your story reminded me of an incident my parents were in many years ago. We were driving to Atlanta or Florida for our family vacation when this car drifted RIGHT in front of our van. It was a very elderly couple (who possibly fell asleep the way the car suddenly drifted). Well, my mother had to run off the road to avoid hitting them, which messed up our van quite a bit. We all got out and were walking around the van assessing the damages. The old couple asked if anyone was hurt. We said no & they tip toed away and DROVE OFF.

I just had a delicious lunch: baked tilapia, carrots, & spinach. They put too much butter in the vegetables downstairs, though... ruins the healthiness.

We went on a hike to see the Cherry Blossoms today. On the way Obama came through. This was the first time I'd seen his motorcade since he's been in office. I was waving... lol

I dropped the car off this morning and they drove me to pick up the rental. I have a Hyundai Sonata.. Love it.

I had a dr's appt today originally for my pinky finger which Ive been having severe pain for the last two weeks. I also told them about the accident. I have a script for the chiropractor which Im going to see at 4:00 today and I have an appt for the hand specialist next wednesday. My doc gave me prescriptions for motrin and a muscle relaxer. Her insurance people contacted me... So we shall see what happens.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Thanks for all the love and support you guys have shown me. It means alot.
