Here is a picture of the steamed fish I made not long ago. I told you I use a lot of veggies and pepper. You can't even see the fish, but they are under there. lol

Hey Ladies I received the hard copy today of my hubby's Biometrics appt. for 4/20 I really want to walk in since I am off work Wednesday any suggestion I can say for a reason if the question me?

JQ, picture my husband won't eat at buffets or partake of free samples in grocery stores. He doesn't like food that multiple people can touch. That definitely limits our options. I hope he gets over it soon.

I understand what that is all about (multiple people eating) but yo girl here is greedy and so is my hubby he eats alot, he might be like that after he gets sick

They may not even ask for a reason. Just tell them you have your appointment and wanted to see if you could get it done early. The worst they can say is no. Good Luck!

That's the same thing I did & told them exactly that. Our appointment was for sometime in January, but we walked in on December 23. We had to speak to the site supervisor to see if we could do the walk-in & she asked why. I told her because I was off that day & wouldn't be off work on the scheduled date. She checked the # of people waiting and it wasn't that many, so she said okay.

I think Quana or Dillon walked-in & was told to come back later in the day. It's def worth a shot.

We are vegetarian to begin with so those recipes are right along the lines of what we eat already. Just trying to stay away from anything processed. Pre-made type stuff.

Nat .. .I agree with hubby about the samples and buffets. NOT my favorite thing. I can't even think about who has touched, sneezed in, let their hair fall in.. whatever... ew!

I didn't like okra either until I had it with steamed fish. Shyt, I never liked steamed fish either only fried. It's great now. You don't have to steam it with so much stuff. I also put ####### soup in it or you can use water crackers.

Hey Everyone....

Feeling good today just came back from my daughter's Soccer class. They are so cute, they don't really listen to their coach they just run around and kick the ball. My hunny was trying to coach; had to calm him down.

Today is the day that I married my true love. He is so right for me. I'm not the most easiest person to handle, but God has blessed him with the demeanor to handle me in more ways than one yea okay enough mushy stuff. Going back to catch up.

Happy Anniversary Shanette! Boy can I relate with all that....I'm pretty lucky that hubby puts up with all my mess! (Of course, I put up with a lot too so...)

How has everyone's weekend been?

Mine has been full of husband + me time, which was great. Last night we watched the movie "Double Jeopardy," which I enjoy. Today Steven seemed to be setting a record for the # of diff ways to exercise in one day. We went to the gym, then he went swimming, later we walked to Target, and later...

@ the grocery store, we bought split beef brisket ($20) and got a BUNCH of items free: salad, dressing, cheese, crackers, roasting pan, beef franks, and ice cream. I HEB.

Way to go Nat with turning into the 'money-saving grocery guru'!

Make sure they'll be open on Wednesday too before you make an unnecessary trip there.

Funny Kjenkins. I reside in family house two. I'm upstairs. We make it happen!! Only thing is when we are in room together, my son has a habit of ALWAYS asking if I'm ok like every 10 minutes. Very protective. If I'm out of sight & quiet, my son is curious & concerned. My pumpkinhead

Oh forgot to mention, AMQUEENS called immigration and they told her the stamp that you get at the airport is not a work permit, it just gives you the "ability" to work Whatever the hell that means I don't see why they give it to confuse people.

I'm sure y'all know it couldn't be used to work but I just wanted to put it out there.

Anyhow, going "bed" gonna have a long sexy party tonight
