Dillon - Congrats Mike's first year in the States. Hopefully things will get better soon.

TAHM - How is Maryland treating you so far?

Finesse - those diaper bags are cute but didn't see any cute patterns for a lil boy. At least they are cheaper thank the Juicy Coutre (sp) bag Sunny send me for $300 :bonk:

Question, since money orders comes in increments of $500 or less... Would it be ok to send three money orders for the I-485 fee (cant find checks ) and another money order for the $355?

Chile, It felt soooo good. Sorry to hear you're not feeling so upbeat today. Situation so as these is usually so stressful for both parties. One party is always stretched to the limit while the other feels dependent and helpless. Things will get better you both just hang in there and be a good support system for each other and everything will be alright.

I think you should still have your little celebration as I'm sure it will lift both your spirits( If even for a couple hours). (F)

I may still do it. I am just tired of being the one to put my pride aside to smooth things over. Especially since I am not the one stirring the $hit up and my feelings are the ones constantly being hurt.

That's great. There is so much to do in this area. Hopefully your hubby showed you around DC. We currently live in Virginia after living in Maryland for 10 years but I'm always out there for some reason.

I didn't know that I thought you were in MD. I know Virginia and MD are close but I just always pictured you in MD.

finesse your guess is as good as mine. He has put in so many applications and has only had 1 company call him in for an interview. He called them today and they said they still haven't made a decision.

that would cause stress in my house too, for real. hubby switched jobs a whilke back and was out of work for a month and i was trippin..and he was even collectin unemployment for the time....i cant imagine that going on for long period of time

does he have a resume?

Yep he has a resume and a very nice one at that. I have been very understanding he is the one who is trippin! MAJORLY!

awww, poor guy....he probably feels terrible. imagine being in his shoes tho...being a man and being supported by his wife...i think that would be an ego crusher for any man...any real man anyway

I know finesse I can imagine it and I know how bad he feels about it. I don't push it in his face or anything and I am the one out there searching for places to apply for him. He just doesn't need to be taking his frustration out on me.

I haven't had a real tour of DC yet, only been to the fish market :crying: but I'll be going to the cherry blossom Parade on Saturday and next Sunday we gonna take a tour of the whitehouse grounds and garden.

I want to come to Virginia beach in the summer, I hear it's real nice there.
