He hasn't told me yet how much they pay, but I already have a spreadsheet ready: input the # of hours & hourly pay and it'll break down the weekly/monthly/yearly amounts before and after taxes. It also indicates how much we'd add to different budget categories, as I already put in what % will go toward each category.

Question, since money orders comes in increments of $500 or less... Would it be ok to send three money orders for the I-485 fee (cant find checks ) and another money order for the $355?

Dens Wifey, congratulations on getting out the AOS paperwork. We didn't end up seeing the movie this weekend (so I had to skip over any chatter you & Jamerican had about the end). We're going to New Orleans next weekend, but hopefully we'll see it before then.

IrieCat, I feel you on the being broke after buying a car. We're going to get Steven a car today. Wasn't in the plan, but my aunt needs to sell this car & is giving us a great deal, so we'll be temp broke to get it.

MrsTee.. I didnt mention yesterday that I am happy Dad is alright. :) That is great news.

I gave my new lanlord security deposit yesterday! Yay! I had Louis call our present landlord to tell him we are leaving 1 month early. I guess lanlord was fine with it. He likes us and knows we couldn't deal with the noise. Now I am anxious to start packing and getting organized.

No check in the mail yesterday. Maybe tomorrow. They just sent yesterday. But will have a car Thursday hopefully. I need to think of a new Vanity plate!!! :)

i agree.. i already knew his money would be a bit of a relief but nothing to write home about :rofl:

so far his budget is gas for HIS car, monies for the kids in JA, all the cell phone bills (mine, my daught and his), the car insurance, and he put in on the grocery bill, and then a LIL bit of mad money for hair cuts/miscellaneous (like buying wifey something :devil: )

the rest he will save for his ja trip but when he get back, that will go towards cable and internet :wacko:

Dillon, he wore brown pants & a purple button-down shirt.

So I'm ALL excited to hear EVERY detail. His recap "It went well." I'm like, What! I need more info than that! I told him to pretend to be a woman for a minute & tell me what happened from the minute he got there. His story:

"I got there & they were talking to another chef so I had to wait a few minute. Jacqueline used to work for P.J. Patterson (former prime minister) and has owned a restaurant in JA for 20 years. Wendy asked me about my references."

Then it was like he got exhausted from all the talking & said he'll tell me the rest when I get home. I did get a bit more from him: The restaurant doesn't open until May 15, but they want him to start next week. :dance: The interview couldn't have been too long because it was at 1:30 & he called at 1:45 already back at home.

We saw Why Did I Get Married Too last night. That was INTENSE!

We were supposed to be at the courthouse right now transferring the title, but didn't wake up early enough. I'm about to go lay back down for 20 minutes b4 I go to work.

Morning Nat! Yep the movie was intense but I found it to be a good story...a lot of critics are going hard on it but I didn't get that it was too much going on for me to follower and did you see my ex boo make that appearance at the very end? VJ is the stuff...I told Den he should be grateful to VJ cause it helped us stay together a few times I was going to be like forget this here...love you to pieces but this here...are you serious? I can't deal...some times I get too wired up...don't know if you guys have noticed that about me just yet... :rofl:

On a side note :ot: Den stated and seemed to be firm that I can not go on any girls' only trips to JA! :rofl::no: Poe thang, I got news for him...one will be planned for the near future...maybe not in '10 but definitely one of these times soon. :yes:

Hey Ells, last night when I got in he ran out the house I started laughing Puhlease give me a break wha yuh run fuh? :wow: So this mawning on the way to school he looked so pitiful, I never even brought up the mess from yesterday but told him he really needs to keep the ice on cause he looks a way :dead: he just sulked and got out the car and went to school. I bet he will handle this situation differently next time I am not babying him for this foolnish and lying on top of it Cho he mussie mad!
