Why not? The Russians have to do SOMETHING with the Nukes they just agreed to get rid of.

Nuclear tipped missiles, when applied properly can also treat prostate cancer.

Not treat, cure. After the proper application of nuclear missiles, no one has ever died from prostate cancer.

Unfortunately, this sort of treatment leads to decreased sexual performance.
