As far as the DS-3032 goes, you just have to copy the template that is on this forum. That is all we did and sent it via email which was accepted. There is no need to attach any .pdf file or anything like that.

And for the DS-230 package, you are suppose to send it to this address:

Portsmouth, NH 03801-2914

That is the same address from the LingChe shortcut guide on this forum. I believe it is the right one, if not someone else on this forum who has already went through this part of the process can tell you.

Update: Husby took a very decisive stance today and told me he is NOT getting his Tdap before the medical. He wants to take his chances. Sure, babe. Everyone who comes out of Bangkok has received a tetanus booster in the form of Tdap. Good luck.

I was hoping to be in the March forum, but looks like we'll be here for April. We have been waiting on my wife's Police Certificate which should be ready at the start of next week.

We used a lawyer for our case, but that was the biggest waste of money. I thought he would have us prepared to do this quickly. But he never said anything about getting the Police Certificate before the NOA2 was ready. If I had only done this myself, and read the guides here on VJ, we would be about a month and a half ahead of where we are now.

Aggggg attorneys!!!!!! Please tell me you got rid of him?! I am practicing my Donald Trump voice to say "You're fired"!

all in all i WISH we had hired a lawyer. i think it would have reduced stress and made it go more smoothly....

No you don't wish that. You wish you would of found this board earlier. Attorneys are a waste of money. I paid one for a smooth journey & its far from being smooth.

Very true. An attorney won't jump through any hoops to make things go faster. They will wait for the snail mail notices from NVC and proceed after that. They won't call NVC and check the AVR, overnight your packages or track progress for you. You're a LOT better off doing it yourself You have the very best group of people and knowledge that there is...right here :D
