Guys Please Help,

I will feel a lot better if this came directly from you guys even though I have read everything like a 100 times…

I-130 CR1

I should be filling out I-864 right and not I-864A or I-864EZ?

If you solely qualify on income alone, and you're sponsoring only 1 immigrant, then you can use the I-864EZ.

Part 3, Q9: If I’m only sponsoring my wife I leave this blank right?

Yes. Write N/A

Part 5, Q21: This is really confusing

21a: enter the number you entered on line 10 = which is “1”

21b: yourself = “1”

21c: if you are currently married, enter “1” for your spouse = O, since your spouse IS the intending immigrant.Do not count anyone twice.

21h: I know this is “2” but do I leave 21c blank or 21a? or do I enter 1 for both and put 2 in 21h?

Part5, Q24: I meet the guide lines on just my income so can I leave 24b blank?

Yes, or you may claim assets if you feel it will bolster your case.

FWIW, that appointment tracker on the site is broke...we got the letter from the embassy and that link to check the appointment doesnt work. I was playing around with case numbers and only found K-1 interviews on there. Also, if you do check there, make sure you click on the check appointment button and not just push the enter key...for some reason that part is broke too.

Ok, thanks Scott :) Not sure why I would think it would actually work..LOL Well gnite everyone :) I've had all the immigration fun I can stand for one day. Oh and Juls...sorry you had to spend it alone sweetie. It's the last one though :thumbs:

I called the embassy yesterday and the operator said that the NVC havent forwarded it yet. hubby called NVC today and they said that they dont have a schedule yet

yup called embassy this afternoon and they said they only have the electronic file yet :clock: ... jus decided to not even think about it and jus rearrange my farmville hehehe

Does anyone else parents get piss off when you try to participate with the agent that we hired to do my paper work?

Anyways, On the DS 3032, when ask who will be the agent receiving mail correspondent, would that be me the petitioner or our agent that we hired to do the papers, I really don't want to steal my agent's thunder by doing her job behind her back, i just want to assist her.

Do you guys think they will make us wait till the 16th? Argh!

Hopefully it will be a early May interview, so I wont have time to suffer thinking about it. It already makes my stomach sick just to think about going to the Consulate. lol
