Hi Guys,

Just checked the AVR.....Its still says " ur case got completed on Mar 31 and give us blah blah blah.....". Any idea how long they will take to schedule the interview date......My consulate is Chennai, India....BTW when the packages from NVC will get transmitted to Embassy....Is it after completion of the case or after the interview date get scheduled.....

Fingers crossed to get an Interview date by today.....Please god....

If our DS-230 was delivered April 1, about how long would it take to be entered in the system? AVR still says false RFE and the operators don't show it as received.

overnighted my IV today!!!

but the post office lady bent part of my package to fit it into a cheaper express envelope. so she prolly bent some of my A4 sized docs!!! grrr

i wasn't paying attention to her as i filled out the form and she just did it without asking..

hope they don't mind about 1/2 inch of bent documents....

AVR is now updated saying case completed April 6th. That must be my queue to start calling them

to get my interview date. But better wait till Friday or I should say "try" to wait.

Sachinky, after your case completed per AVR and/or operator in how long did you receive your interview letter? Also don't remember, did the operator tell you the interview date or you waited for the letter?

Case completed on March 23 as per AVR.

Received appointment letter on March 25, dated the same day.

I'd called the operator once, she gave me the same spiel about "second week of April" blah blah blah.

Sit tight. It's coming.

Hello People ... so here is my good news, both packages have been received according to NVC operator (yesterday it was only one and they couldn't/wouldn't tell me which one) so I now don't have to stress about my original docs being lost (again).

Here is my bad news ... my husband's an idiot. I just received my copy of the AOS package he mailed me and the effin I-864 is not filled in correctly. Even my DOB is wrong. Effin useless ... anyone know the requirements for a divorce in Florida?? I'm so over this fvcking $hit.

Oh, no, Deb. I'm so sorry, dear!!!

Do what I did. I filled in the entire form for Mr. Sachinky. Sent it electronically. He signed it and dated it and then sent it out. Unfortunately, I trusted him to be capable of sending in the right supporting documentation but as we now know, we did a big boo-boo with those darned bank statements.

Also, ask him to send it out right now. Pre-empt the RFE.
