Tharnsur and BB, I'm glad it was your package they sent yesterday. Have you guys organized your evidence and all? Any New Year celebrations? Family get togethers? Husby wants to put me on webcam and introduce me to the family I didn't get to meet yet. I haven't given him an answer yet. I hope the new year brings you joy and prosperity!

I am ready and eager. I don't know when they update the website so I keep checking every hour on the hour. It's been 13 days but 9 business days since my package was delivered so I am hoping for no RFE's and a SIF any day now.

Husby's giant gift arrived last night. A TON of yarn and other crochet goodies. 15 lbs of it! Yay!

It was just today that I was able to check on the AVR and the payment portal!!I was so depressed yesterday..because its

our Anniversary and i missed my hubby so much ..and then today..

OMG!!OMG!!OMG!!! the AVR updated to CASE COMPLETE!! and on the website..

YAY I got login failure at around 10:50 pm. NVC updates their software after 10 pm. I am so happy. I have waited too long for this day ! Good Luck to everyone waiting.

it keeps on showing "no shipment found?" do i need to include the destination postal code?or just the origin?

There was a checkbox on the DS230 that asked if you wanted a SS#Will a SS# be issued automatically after the approval or do I still need to go through the process of applyingI was not sure

If you check that box then a couple of weeks after arrival here in the US you'll receive your new SS card

Congratulations to all those who got SIF I wanted to ask something. When they want you to send in tax forms, do you send them the extra copy you print out for yourself or photocopy?? W2, you send the extra copy that is left or photocopy?? I just wasn't sure about it. Thanks in advance!

Just send a copy/photocopy (either printed or copied, doesn't matter) of your tax forms. you don't need to send one of the original "extras" of your W-2, just photocopies of them/it are fine

My wife's I130 was approved on 03/26.

As of today, NVC has not yet received the case.

Do I need to wait some more time ?
