The schedule being up doesn't necessarily mean no more interviews at all. They usually keep a few dates open.

For April, there were nearly 120 CR-1s scheduled, so maybe they have some spots available.

Earlier, the next month's schedule would go up around the 15th of the current month.

For April, it went up around March 10.

Now for May, it's up by April 5.

To reiterate, Bombay is very busy.

Whew, thats good to hear but yet still don't know if NVC will process all the paperwork fast enough.

:ot: I hate having to deal with the attorney on top of this stress! Lord knows I don't need the drama!!!! Please God send a miracle my way!

Ok ignore my last post- I meant to put 9-1-1995 would be the LAST entry. since that is when he turned 16.

You got it! Sorry for confusing you more! You got it right.:thumbs:

Awesome thanks a bunch. Its all about helping each other here and I noticed you had a problem with this so you would be best to ask. Again thanks a lot.

Heck ya! And to think I confused you on this.. You'd think I would be an expert after the drama I went through. I swear, I dont understand how that question is so darn difficult, it seems simple enough, but it is tricky for some reason!

You got it perfect with the way you completed it. Also, remember the N/A on all things that dont apply. Especially the military and prior visits to US if non applicable. Leave nothing blank.

Good afternoon, everyone.

Tatyana, I'm sorry, hon. I think to be safe we'd better start hoping for a June interview for the husband. If it comes sooner, okay. But we'll set our sights on June.

Alicia, I'm amazed at the struggles both you and your husband must go through. Thank God that things will change and the two of you will be reuinted soon.

SJ, Today I'm feeling your frustration about politics. It's been weeks now that the Red Shirts have been having their demonstrations in Bangkok. In front of the Embassy, too. Husby has expressed concern about being able to get to his medical and interview. Plus, tomorrow is a national holiday commemorating the current dynasty and next week is New Year. The Embassy will be closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday. Doesn't matter, though, since I'm sure the protests will continue.

So. Husby thinks we'll get a June interview because of all the holidays and closures from the political demonstrations in April. I'm thinking he may be right. But I haven't given up hope for May. I called and talked to a really nice operator today. Lynn. She said my case was completed today. Yay! And that they've started scheduling for Bangkok. She didn't give me a time to call back. She said that both Husby and I would be notified by e-mail. That's good enough for me. E-mails come to my phone, so I'm done stressing. Evidence has been mailed. I'm going to see the co-sponsor tomorrow to have them sign an updated I-864. Nothing changed, but while organizing evidence, I saw that he didn't fill in his 2007 AGI. I was super happy that NVC missed that, but I'm not going to bet on the CO missing it, too. So the updated AOS (from both me and my co-sponsors) will be sent by Friday. That's it. Our stress about our case has really dropped. We actually had a political debate yesterday, instead of the usual get-the-vaccines-now-or-later debate.

But! I'm still sticking around! You guys are family. I want to see each and every one of you have your dreams fulfilled. You're in my prayers.

:ot: Just a tip if you have At&t.

AT&T offers something called A-List. You may want to add the NVC phone # to the A-List that way your minutes don't get used up when calling NVC & being on those long holds.

 Yah, its been tough. So much in fact, that now its almost inevitible to me that we belong together. To me, no one in their right mind would have seen, done and been what we have been through and stuck to it... Like SJ says, I hope this makes us stronger. I believe it will.

I love you guys! Family indeed you all are to me.

I got a LOT of organizing stuff done today. Reserved the hotel in Bombay, bought airline tickets online as well. Bought new, pretty colorful folders for the evidence. Printed out tons and tons of emails. Albums for the photos. Feeling very productive. My VFS packet is nearly ready for submission. Waiting on the medical report.

Now, I just need to print out the chat logs and text messages from 2008 (sorry, dear trees) and wait for Mr. Sachinky to send out his package this week.

I'm ready to get this show on the road!

Good luck to everybody!

May the FORCE be with you.

Hello everyone, i just got an email saying that nvc has received the choice of agent(ds3032). so when can my wife pay IV bill as on the payment portal as it still says NOT INVOICED.

keep checking in till it says its been invoiced. that IS the next step - paying the IV bill. after u pay it off (the site will say PAID - takes 3/4ths of a day thru electronic payment), print out the bar code cover sheet, which you will need to slap on the front (and behind - i took no chance!) of your ds-230 package. hope this helps.

Once in awhile, right in the middle of an ordinary life, love gives us a fairy tale - My beautiful wife Soni
