Deb--Log in fail for you on April 9.

I think you'll be in time for a May interview.

I believe the official interview week for this month is 12-16 April.

Norob--A few long months ago, I too was a noob and had several kind, helpful members guide me through the process.

The least I can do is return the favor.

Really?? Well then I will be saying some Ohms for that April 9 deadline. We have a very small window for the husband to visit me before he has to go away and it is April 5 to April 20 but we can't do anything until we know that we have a CC. It's frustrating. I've ordered him to not buy tickets and stay home until then ... lol.

Wow.. March flew by...

Anyway, I have a quick question. I'm not sure if it has been answered already; sorry if it has. On the I-864, do we write down recent tax year income as annual income or annual income from the employment letter? I started my first job last year and had a total of 3 months income on my W2. It did not reach poverty guidelines. But I have a letter from my employer with my annual income and 6 months paystubs that show I make well above the guidelines. Since it technically asks for ANNUAL INCOME, and my W2 does not reflect that, do you think they'll give me an RFE for writing my emplyment letter's income?

How on EARTH could you possibly get a RFE for the DS3032?

That's the choice of agent form? Did you not fill it out correctly?

Have you PAID your IV bill yet? Has it cleared? Does it show PAID? Then IGNORE whatever the heck they sent you for the DS3032.

Send that DS230 barcoded letter when you send in your IV package.

For your annual current income put whatever you're currently earning. Back this up with bank statements/employment letter. (So if you're earning $2,000 a month = $24,000 a year).

For the tax portion, write down the figures on your W2.

2009--$20,000

2008--$23,000

2007--$16,000.

Yes, it takes a day or two for them to generate your IIN. You will receive those emails and proceed directly from there.

Have the rest of your packets ready 'cause it's gonna be fast from here on.
