Yes, it was hard to give up the house. My last bastion of freedom. I love my job and I earn much more here than I would in the US so I plan on doing another degree and let the husband support me for a bit. I couldn't adjust because I had a whole life waiting for me back home and I couldn't put it on hold for months. Our marriage really was spontaneous but I did have my dream wedding. We eloped to Vegas and Elvis walked me down the aisle.

I don't plan hopping on a plane as soon as I get my visa - wish I did have that luxury but I am happy for those that are able to (and a little envious) ...

Know how you feel Deb. Hubby has to do the same - move his career, sell his car, etc. Wish he could come the second he gets the visa - but we'll start to plan the second we have that INTERVIEW date...waiting...sighhhhhhhh

I am so upset this morning, I woke up to hear we have reviewed your case and found missing information. I called and Both my sons case and mine have RFE's. They are saying I didn't send Photo's with my sons case which I have the email, I know I did and They are requesting "Court Records". I willl official be leaving the april thread as I am not back in Canada till the ending of april , there goes the hope for a June interview. -crys-

Okay. I'm going to proceed with option #3 for the moment. I have until April 25, which is when I have to submit my documents to VFS. Hopefully, my cousin will come around before that. Though I remain doubtful.

good luck sachi. i'd personally just leave it - but london embassy is easier i think than india. so i think in your case - option 3 seems like the safest. good luckkkkkkkk!!!!!

Well, I am not as upset as I was this morning but i still am quite sad. I have already sent in the documents yet again for my sons case as They seem to have "eye problems". But my case will be on hold for a few weeks, I sent in court papers but Not what they wanted and since i am not home for another few weeks, I will just have to suck it up and deal with it when i get back. On a side note the ladies I talked to today were extra nice

We have to submit our documents to VFS 10-15 days before the interview so that the CO has time to review the files before the interview.

Okay. So I basically have 3 options:

1)Submit my husband's I864 to VFS. And basically hope for the best. That he qualifies and the joint sponsor becomes irrelevant.

2)Submit my husband's I864 to VFS. If the issue of the JS arises during the interview, then I can provide my FIL's stuff. Which could possibly lead to AP if they don't review it right then and there.

3)Submit my husband's I864 to VFS along with my FIL's stuff and a note from my cousin. Which might lead to uncomfortable questioning at the interview. But hopefully, no AP since the stuff will already have been evaluated.

Okay, I'm taking a poll. Everyone please participate. Vote for option A,B,C.

She actually volunteered to make me speak with supervisor but then told me they are all in a meeting. and to call back later.... I"m on hold now to speak to one..... I'm sooo stressed out at this point, so tired, sometimes I get a feeling like i'm going to spend the rest of my life calling NVC everyday...

I never heard about them issuing 2 RFE's for the same thing it makes me worried.... Especially since today is 13th business day since they received my DS-230
