...just to let you all know i have good news of myself also...i was able to move up my parent's interview from May 21st@8:30am to May 4th@7am...praise god!...now i'm officially in the 1st week batch & not 3rd week yay!

How did you do that? you just called the consulate and requested them for an early date??

Dont worry SJ you will get a schedule date soon.. I dont think they go with when your case has been completed. My case was completed on April 12th( I think my case was completed before Hobo's)

I am sure you will get the June date.

hello everyone ..... ok here i am joining the april nvc thread heeh, im sweating bullets, so bare with me all, anxiety is high, hehe i want to say congrats to all for making it this far and congrats to all whos completed thier case and who have interviews i have had several rfes sorry i havent updated the timeline just stressed at the rfes,but nvc recieved the last response on april 27th according to avr,and i knowwww this time i got it right, thank god but now im at the point of signing in evvery hour hopeing to get a login failed, im at the point of calling the avr at nvc 5 times a day going dear god please say something great i cannot tell ya how many of the gray hairs i have made this journey heheh,, my plane tickets got me going back to egypt may 12th im prayinggggg for a case complete by then,, so what does everyone think my odds are on this one, i dont mean to whine , ive been on this journey since 2008 had to stop for many reasons medically and plus getting ripped off by a lawyewr but now here i am the show down heheh,,,,,anyways my best to you allll and take care

Mr. Sachinky wanted to bring me a bunch of flowers and a big banner reading "Mrs. Sachinky" at the airport but I told him to bring me 2 lbs of buffalo chicken wings and blue cheese instead. Then I want to go to a diner and order a large shake and fries with cheese and gravy.

I was already prepared to wait for the 2nd week of May and its only today that I was able to check my emails and guess what..?!INTERVIEW DATE ASSIGNED!!woooohoooooo!!! on June 2,2010 at 6:30 am..God is really so good!Thank you Lord!!

I was going to smart off and say something about not wanting to leave because April was so comfortable, then realized I would be lying. It was many things, but comfortable wasn't one of them! Only thing that made it bearable was the compainionship of all of you!

by the way, called NVC yesterday, got through on first call and talked to someone in less than 3 minutes. (good to call at that downtime time!!)

i got the same run around that everyone else gets. May is booked in Tokyo, call back 3rd week of May, etc. same stuff that LA got.

no email today, but i can pray for monday and MAY!!!

Well I did yesterday and they gave me the usual BS about May being booked and to wait till the second week for a June but even that isnt guaranteed. Other than that, I havent called. Does it make sense to call? I was just gonna wait for the email.
