Thanks that clears up doubts. One more question, Can petitioner pay IV FEE and choose Petitioner while paying through online fee payment portal sign in page. ? DOES it make a difference if selection is petitioner or principle applicant ?

Called the AVR looks like an RFE on the AOS that mum sent I hate hearing the recording saying 'please wait 6 to 8 weeks for....' it's such a mood killer... Lol

Good morning ...

So, my SIF failed today. About bloody time. Still have no idea what the Embassy had to do with it. Maybe we were gonna get hit with an RFE for 2009 taxes and the Embassy decided it could be provided at Interview. Either way, I don't really care now. No more NVC - well, sort of until I get my interview.

Bummer but hey, you're still waiting on a visa number ... You can call and ask what it is but I'm going to stick by waiting for the checklist! Especially since it is for the AOS. You'll prolly get that through Saturday morning our time. Good luck!

Just got my email at 6:44....INTERVIEW IN CAIRO EGYPT ON JUNE 9TH AT 9AM, WOOHOOO!!!

I called today, they got my AOS papers, no RFEs! Just waiting for them to get my husbands docs.

Yes, the RFE will come in the email. Usually takes 24-48 hours.

sweet as... I was worried I was going to have to wait for paperwork to be snail mailed to AUS... haha!

My mum sent me copies of everything for the AOS via "Priority" Mail from Colorado. I received it all on Tuesday this week... meaning that priority mail takes ~3weeks from USA to AUS... pretty #######

My mum sent me copies of everything for the AOS via "Priority" Mail from Colorado. I received it all on Tuesday this week... meaning that priority mail takes ~3weeks from USA to AUS... pretty #######

LOL ... yea just like USPS 'First Class'. She's gonna have to spend some $$$ to get you anything within a week. If it's copies, tell her to scan it and email it to you. Although, he has also just packages regular mail and I've had them within 10 days. Must be Colorado ...
