Timeline

Morning everyone, its very possible to get an interview for this week, I know Egypt does them at the end of the month. My g/f case was complete at NVC on March 18th and she got her interview email on March 28th. She tracked the only package going to Egypt and it left a day after completion. I tracked on the DHL site there were only 3 that were sent and they all arrived this morning 10am Egypt time, there is a 7 hour difference from me to them. So my case was complete on April 19th only one day after my g/f so maybe I will get my date end of the week. We shall see. It will be for June though as my friends was for May so we for sure missed that month.

I hope you get your interview date soon! I'm hoping to get a June interview too. Hopefully my case will be closed within the next two weeks. :innocent:

Wohoo! Sign In Failed! My week is off to a good start! Happy Monday everyone!!!

 Congrats!! We have a special holiday today, so no work for me today...and I took Friday off! It is a great week!

Well being they switched from K3 to eveyone being CR1, we wore the first batch of people to be approved for that so it was going slow & now looks like it's speeding up.

So the people that originally applied for the K3, it took even longer? I noticed some people waiting 3+ months for their NOA2, always wondered why.

Awesome!

Just set up a new package and sent it off tomorrow morning.

Don't forget to add the barcoded sheet. You can use the same you used for the DS230.

I also sent you the cover letter I made, so you can use it as a sample. It's always good to explain what you are sending to them.

Good luck and let me know if you need anything else :)

How much longer before I SIF??!!

I am really getting impatient now after waiting sooooo long. And all they need to do is enter my PCC in the system and call my case done. They received the RFE response on the 13th and opened the mail on the 20th. How difficult can it be to enter one stupid little piece of information in a computer. Bunch of nincompoops they are...

I hope I SIF in the next 2 days. I did call them and they said they recieved it but havent reviewed it yet. I mean come on, seriously? Review a PCC?

I just hope they dont come up with something else at this time. I've had enough of NVC. I need to move on to the next phase of waiting for the interview date assignment already...

SJ your's should be done by this weekend... may be by thursday/friday.... good luck man

They usually update the AVR 2-3 days after they get your mail.

Hang in there. I think it's taking around 8-11 days for LIF.

So, does anyone know if it is normal for NVC to contact the Embassy before CC or SIF? We were waiting for them to review our RFE checklist response and I have been told they have emailed the Embassy.

Never heard about it. Maybe try to talk to another operator and check what's his update.

You can't never trust them.
