I still have a lot of hope for a lot of the 2010 NVC Marchers.

Well, my interview isn't till 12 May 2010, so if y'all don't mind, I'll hang out here in the April thread too for a bit in the midst of packing-shacking-HAI RABBA!

My NOA2 was approved on March 19, and I tried to call NVC yesterday at 603-344-0700 to get NVC case #, but they said they didn't receive my case yet. Hopefully get it on March 29 and get through NVC this April.

I was hoping to be in the March forum, but looks like we'll be here for April. We have been waiting on my wife's Police Certificate which should be ready at the start of next week.

We used a lawyer for our case, but that was the biggest waste of money. I thought he would have us prepared to do this quickly. But he never said anything about getting the Police Certificate before the NOA2 was ready. If I had only done this myself, and read the guides here on VJ, we would be about a month and a half ahead of where we are now.

11-13-2009 I-130 sent

11-20-2009 NOA1

11-30-2009 "Touched"

12-01-2009 "Touched"

02-18-2010 "Touched" and later the same day..
