Oh, yes! Pay the IV Bill today. You may or may not want to wait to send the AOS and IV packages together. I don't know if it saves time, but it saves postage.

My AVR is still not updated. It says "your case was completed on...."

Should I be worried that it has not been sent to the Embassy yet?

Odd. Same thing for me, but it wasn't like that with the other DS-230. Let me go play around with it a bit. I'm not very good with software issues, but I'll let you know what I find.

I think you're okay, hon. You can ask an operator to be certain. Or maybe call or e-mail Rio and see if they have your documents yet.

I'm such a dork!

Just put "See Attached Sheet" for the boxes where the info doesn't fit. Then make a Word document Continuation Sheet to send with the DS-230. It's much easier than messing with programs trying to figure them out.

Silly me.

You will be put up on the list once your RFE response has been delivered to NVC. This list is updated by when NVC received your LAST package so as to get an accurate timeframe for CC.

Thanks Sachinky for the update - no worries, just waiting on PCC from Maldives and UK and the long lost/found Libyan birth certificate from Livorno...

Update:

I just called the NVC on a whim and the AVR is now updated!

It says, " The NVC has received your checklist letter response on April 20th 2010 and is under review. After review, you will be notified of the outcome"

Wow, that was quick, they only received my RFE response on the 16th and it was brought in from the mailroom on the 20th. I wonder if the fact that it was sent to the "DR" made a difference in helping me jump the line (Sorry folks)...

Anyway, I guess I can now start trying to log in and wait for the SIF.

Wish me luck!

Good luck!
