Your package won't be forwarded to the embassy till the interview date is scheduled. It will remain at NVC till then

I dont think so as your package will go first scanned to the embassy and then after their assign the interview date is when the NVC mail the packages... thats'what I heard.. but YEAHHHH I will punish you.. you guys just love NVC right??

Wooo emailed ds3032 late on Tuesday night, got a confirmation email back from NVC early this (Thursday) morning...

According to the online payment portal, you can only use an American Bank Account to pay the IV Bill? Is there any other way?

Just went through the AVR, and they're asking for additional docs.. I instantly panicked and thought, Oh no! RFE! So I called them up and was told that a letter was sent out, explaining what was missing. And I had to prod the guy for more info. Turns out, they're asking for DS-230 and other docs, which is so weird because I sent it in early last week and it was updated in the AVR by the end of the week. So is it safe to assume that the docs that were updated last week were AOS and not IV? No more RFE's please... My heart can't take the stress...

If yer using the online payment portal then yes, you have to pay in USD which must be in a US financial institutions.

There are some alternative methods of payment but I can't help you there.

If your IV packet just went in, wait a couple of days for the AVR to update. It usually lags 3 days behind.
